Dubai is considered as one of the world’s hottest countries and as the temperatures soar you could spend an afternoon cooling down in one of Dubai’s unexpected attractions.
Ski Dubai is a winter playground for adults and children alike with the size equivalent to three football pitches you will feel as though you have stepped into an authentic ski resort. Enjoy the use of blue, red and black runs, chairlifts and snow patrols. Each run varies in height and steepness, depending on your difficulty levels, making this perfect for those starting out and professionals. The 90 meter long quarter pipe is perfect for those looking to perfect their stunts, however if you prefer to sit back and watch the action you can do so at the Avalanche Café or Ice cafe.
It also offers you a lot of other fun-filled activities to engage in which can booked as an additional cost including meeting and swimming with the Ski Dubai snow penguins, taking part in a ski school to improve your skiing/snowboarding skills and exploring the 4,500 sq. m snow park where you can build a snowman, go sledging or check out the ice cave. All in all, if you are looking for a place to visit with your partner, family and kids then this is one of the must-visit attractions to tick off your list when in Dubai.
