Coronavirus Advice

Cases of  Coronavirus (Covid-19) have been reported in specific locations throughout the world. Travelers are advised to read the FCO travel advice for the country they are travelling to, which includes entry requirements and a link through to the National Travel Health Network and Centre (NaTHNaC) TravelHealthPro website that provides specific travel health advice for countries.  Please refer to the FCO website for up to date travel advice on your destination: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. Further guidance can also be obtained by contacting the relevant Embassy for the country you are due to visit. As advice can change and each destination’s decision-making can vary, we recommend that you check the information regularly.

Please be aware when travelling, that many destinations have put in place strengthened screening measures at airports for all passengers arriving. You may need to provide personal details and be subject to a temperature check. Travelers should comply with these processes and take relevant preventative measures to reduce the risk of exposure.

As I’m sure you can understand, the current situation is completely unforeseen and unprecedented, and all our staff are currently very busy, so we would ask that for any non-urgent queries, please email hello@honeymoonreams.co.uk.

I Have an Existing Booking

The Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) issue travel advice for the safety of British Citizens travelling abroad. Their advice is in relation to imminent departures, and it may be too early to say that your holiday can’t go ahead as planned.

As you may be aware, in light of the ongoing global Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, the UK government and Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) have advised against all non-essential overseas travel for the 30 days as of 17/03/2020.

We are committed to continuing our usual high level of service, and appreciate your patience while we deal with disrupted travel plans. Due to the high number of bookings that we have, together with the volumes of calls we are currently receiving, we are prioritising our customers due to depart within the next 72 hours, and those currently in-resort.

We will continue to work through our bookings in date order and will be in touch to discuss options. We ask that if you are booked to depart outside of 72 hours, we would ask that you kindly email us on hello@honeyoondreams.co.uk and we will respond as soon as possible.

In the meantime, it is recommended that you liaise with your travel insurance provider regarding your policy cover.

If you are due to travel imminently, be assured, we will be in contact with you in due course.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in this very difficult situation, and would like to thank you for re-booking where possible.

For clients travelling after this suspension period, we would ask that you please allow us the time to deal with imminent departures. Clients will be required to wait to find out whether the advice changes and their holiday can continue as planned. Be assured that we will contact you about your booking if it becomes appropriate within FCO advice. If you choose to cancel early, you may have to pay cancellation charges. To discuss your options and any queries you may have directly with us, please email hello@honeymoondreams.co.uk
