Restaurants
With honeymooners in mind, 'Dining by Design' offers the most romantic dining experience. Working with the hotel chefs, you can design your own menu, which will be served in a special location either by the river, in a quiet part of the gardens or on the rooftop deck. The table will be exquisitely laid with shimmering glasses and cutlery and decorated with fresh flowers. Afterwards, there will be the opportunity to offer flowers in the spirit house before releasing a flame-lit lantern into the starry night sky.

The Restaurant
The day begins with a wonderful breakfast buffet with fresh bake temptations and this is followed by lunch and dinner, which can be enjoyed either in the elegant restaurant or out on the riverside deck. The cuisines offered for lunch and dinner are Peruvian and Indian and the Michelin Peruvian Chef calls his menu 'Cocana Peruana' – ' Peruvian Kitchen'. The Indian Chefs showcase their regional fare too with dishes from Mumbai, Calcutta and Kerala. -
Service 1921 Restaurant
The Colonial house that stands close to the hotel dates from 1921 when it was first used by the British Consulate to Chiang Mai and this quirky restaurant with its wood panelling and spy hole in the entrance door recreates the colonial period. Guests enjoy a unique culinary journey with Thai, Chinese, Szechuan and Vietnamese dishes. There are Asian inspired cocktails and extensive wine cellar of old and new world wines and the chance to enjoy a Cuban cigar – chosen and prepared by an expert.
