Named for Lady Sarojin, who cared for and managed the hotel’s main house and grounds and made it into a bastion of hospitality, opulence and comfort, The Sarojin is a 5 star boutique hotel that first opened its doors to guests nearly 10 months after the Boxing Day tsunami. Honeymooners are sure to relish a stay at this elegant Khao Lak resort, which lies nestled among lush tropical gardens and provides direct access to a breathtaking 11km stretch of private white sand beach. Room Types

There are 56 stunning residences awaiting you at The Sarojin, divided into 7 two-storey buildings, nestled among the hotel’s 10 verdant acres of grounds.

Garden Residence

These 28 95sqm abodes are situated on the ground floor and are named for their charming garden views. Each one features a plush king size bed, a lavish bathroom with a bathtub, rainfall and adjustable showers, and a delightful outdoor terrace and Thai sala. They also come with an array of luxurious amenities including free WiFi, a mini bar, and a flat-screen TV and Bluetooth speaker.
Pool Residence

There are 14 of these expansive 120sqm residences just waiting to enchant you. As well as a luxurious king size bed and a glittering en-suite bathroom, they also boast a shaded Thai garden pavilion and your very own pristine 5.5m x 3.5m pool.
Jacuzzi Pool Suite

This 150sq m spacious suite comes complete with a stunning outdoor jacuzzi pool on an outdoor sun terrace overlooking the lush tropical gardens and stunning views. It has a sumptuous master bedroom with a four poster bed and luxurious ensuite couples bathroom, spacious lounge area, walk in rain shower and twin dressing rooms. Also, the separate lounge has a four poster day bed with a second bathroom with an alfresco rain fall shower.
Spa Suite

Promising an abundance of space and luxury, each of these 14 150sqm suites is situated on the upper floors, ensuring stunning views over the hotel grounds. They all come with tastefully furnished separate living and sleeping areas, a sumptuous bathroom, an outdoor terrace and a private outdoor relaxation pool.
2-Bedroom Pool Residence

Measuring a palatial 215sqm in size, this spectacular retreat combines an adjoining Garden Residence and Pool Residence, promising you the benefit of both kinds of accommodation.

Reached by a gently meandering boardwalk, this soothing wellness centre boasts 4 open-air treatment pavilions, not to mention an open-air relaxation lounge and an air-conditioned facial room. The menu features such tantalising treatments as a Royal Oriental Massage, a Chocolate Body Scrub and Wrap, and rejuvenating Elemis facials.

During your blissful honeymoon at The Sarojin, couples can also choose to unwind with a remarkable array of fun-filled activities, both on land and by sea. Break a sweat with an invigorating workout in the well-equipped Fitness Centre, take a dip in the pristine waters of the main resort pool, and try out some of the thrilling complimentary water sports on offer.

There are 2 exquisite restaurants, a Wine Bar and a laidback Beach Bar all set to titillate your taste buds at The Sarojin. Private romantic dining is also available, in the location of your choice.

Edge

This elegant but rustic restaurant allows you to dine with your toes in the sand or in its open-air timber pavilion. Prepare to select from an extensive menu of Thai and Asian delicacies, ranging from the ever-popular som tam, through to flavourful traditional Thai soups and spicy curries. The fresh seafood dishes are particularly to be recommended, whether you’re in the mood for oven-baked tiger prawns, grilled scallops or Singaporean chilli crab.
Ficus

This restaurant is named for the ancient and majestic ficus tree that looms over its tables, and is renowned for its aura of refinement and relaxation, aided by the tranquil surface of the Lotus Pond which it overlooks. This is the place to come if you have a penchant for contemporary Mediterranean-inspired fare such as beef carpaccio and wild rocket, Minestrone Milanese, and black truffle linguini with coppa ham.
Wine Bar & Cellar

Stocked with over 200 different wines, this effortlessly chic venue is an ideal spot for wine aficionados. Be sure to order some delectable tapas and light bites to complement your vintage of choice. Some of the mouthwatering items on the menu include seafood lasagne, spiced lamb cutlets with olive oil mash, and king prawn skewers with mango and tomato salsa.
Beach Bar

This newly developed watering hole, with its comfy bean bags, tropical loungers, sofas and chilled out backing track is where couples can happily spend a few hours every afternoon, lolling around with a cocktail in hand and soaking up the majestic Andaman views. The menu features a small but tantalising assortment of light offerings, ranging from deep-fried chieken wings with sweet chili dipping sauce through to seared Hokkaido scallops with chili garlic sauce and Thai-style fried calamari with kaffir lime.
