The Earl Suite

The Café is an ultra-chic all-day dining venue, which provides stunning views over the pools, lush gardens and the sparkling sea beyond. The menu is an impressive blend of international dishes ranging from Chinese barbecued duck to hearty pastas, Indian butter chicken and a plethora of decadent desserts guaranteed to make your mouth water.
Soleil is another all-day dining eatery, which is located on the beachfront and specializes in Mediterranean and Pan-Asian cuisine, featuring flavours from Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia. Don’t miss the sumptuous Sunday brunch, which runs from 11am – 3pm.
