Six Senses Laamu offers a choice of 5 different villa categories, some situated on the pristine beach and some which are built over the water and can be reached by wooden jetties.
  • Lagoon Water Villa

    Opt for a Lagoon Water Villa and you can enjoy a charming high-ceilinged haven of tranquillity set above the gently lapping waters of the Indian Ocean. Boasting spectacular views from a treetop deck and featuring padded daybeds, net hammocks and open-air glass shower and bathtub, these villas provide a delightful sensation of openness and space. The soft white beds are carefully positioned to ensure you receive the best views upon awakening and are furnished with organic sheets and customizable pillow toppers. For a sensual romantic interlude during the day book a treatment at the Six Senses Spa, in one of the couples nests, and savour a rejuvenating massage or body wrap. The spa offers its own selection of signature island-inspired treatments such as the Laamu Mineral Sand Poultice and the Kurumbaa Kaashi Coconut rub.

There is plenty to see and do in and around the resort when you are not absorbing yourself in blissfully unadulterated relaxation. As well as snorkelling, surfing and scuba diving you can also enjoy a full day of island hopping, have a barbecue dinner on the Sandbank and even arrange your very own private picnic on a desert island.

Six Senses Laamu is home to six rustic restaurants and bars, all of which offer spectacular views of the beach and the lagoon.



  • Leaf

    Leaf is the resort’s signature restaurant and serves up a delectable menu of original and inventive dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients.
  • Zen

    Zen is an overwater restaurant which offers a selection of sushi, sashimi and other Japanese favourites.
  • Chill Bar

    After dinner relax in the aptly named Chill Bar and savour the stunning starlit ocean views while sipping a cocktail, or try the Altitude Cellar & Deli which boasts an excellent selection of wines from around the world and pair a bottle with some delightful European cheeses.
  • Longitude

    When it comes to breakfast and dinner head to Longitude, another overwater eatery which rises two storeys above the sea and dishes up a resplendent buffet breakfast as well as an a la carte dinner menu of seafood, pasta, steak and Asian classics.
  • Ice & Chocolate Studio

    In between meals, if you feel the need for something sweet, head to the Ice & Chocolate Studio and indulge in some decadent lavender, cinnamon or mint mojito truffles.
  • Sip Sip

    Laidback poolside dining is provided by Sip Sip, which also boasts a remarkable sunken bar. The eatery’s all-day dining menu is packed with familiar favourites such as succulent burgers, homemade pizzas, fresh salads and tempting desserts.
