Overview

Room Types

Accommodation at the Mykonos Grand is light and spacious and perfectly captures the Aegean ambience. The rooms are contemporarily styled with wooden furniture and coloured in the traditional Mykonian colours of blue and white with wall decorations of old photographs and farming implements. There is a king size bed and in the living area there is a comfortable sofa plus table and chairs. The bathroom is in beautiful Greek marble and has a bathtub and a shower/steam cabin as well as double vanity basins. There is a furnished balcony/terrace to make the most of the stunning views.

Premium Room

These attractive rooms are available with either a sea or garden view – overlooking a traditional Mediterranean garden – and are situated on the ground or first floor. The rooms are spacious (33-38sq m) and the bedroom area with its comfortable king size bed, is highlighted by a traditional blue Mykonian archway. There are inset star-shaped ceiling lights and in the bathroom there is a rain shower and separate bathtub.
Superior Sea View Room

This room definitely has the 'wow' factor! Beautifully decorated in white with pebble decoration on the walls and floor in the palest shades of cappuccino and plenty of mirrors to emphasize the rooms’ brightness there is a bedroom area with king size bed and open plan bath area. The focus of the bath area is the large, deep freestanding bath tub, which is ideal for simply relaxing! There is a separate walk in rain shower/ steam cabin. Outside the room, the balcony offers the perfect excuse to sit, relax and enjoy the views.
Open Plan Suite

Situated on the first or second floor, this suite is really stunning. With 43sq m, it is spacious with a king size bed and living area. The view from the balcony is awesome as it overlooks Ayios Yiannis Bay, the Aegean and the island of Delos.
Sea View Suite With Separate Living Room

This space suite (45-50 sq m) is also situated on the first or second floor and has the same magnificent views of the island of Delos in the glittering Aegean. Beautifully comfortable with marble floors throughout, stylish furnishings and attractive lighting, this suite encourages total relaxation.
Executive Suite

With 85 sq m, this beautiful suite is luxurious and private. There are magnificent panoramic views of the island of Delos and beyond, from the private terrace. There are sun chairs, sun loungers, a private Jacuzzi and even a day bed under the pergola (definitely Greek style!). There is a table and chairs for the most wonderful and intimate al fresco dining. Inside, there is spacious with a separate bedroom and living area and two stylish bathrooms.
Suite with private Pool

With marvellous views of the Aegean and the islands from the spacious private terrace (45-55 sq m), this is a stunning suite. Outside there is the pool (heated on request), sunbeds, table and chairs and barbeque facilities – perfect for al fresco dinners at sunset. Inside (75 sq m) there is a separate living room and bedroom, with king size bed and there are two stylish marble bathrooms.
Premium Sea View Jacuzzi Room

Another truly beautiful room that is perfect for two! The terrace is spacious and private as it has natural stone walls on each side of it. There is a table and chairs for al fresco dining and two comfortable sunbeds for relaxing together. The Jacuzzi is fun and, like the stunning views whole terrace, has over the Aegean. Inside there is 33-38 sq m of floor area for comfortable living. The bed area is highlighted by a Mykonian archway that is blue and there are tiny star lights in the ceiling stylish bathroom has a rain shower and separate bathtub.

Facilities

Mykonas Grand has a beautiful swimming pool and extensive terrace for those who just want to stretch out with a good book.The beach which is just a few steps away is sandy and has the most amazing shallow bright turquoise water for quite a way out – in fact it could be familiar, as it was the setting for the film 'Shirley Valentine'! There are traditionally styled rattan sun umbrellas and the view towards the sacred island of Delos is breathtaking. The beach is overlooked by a small traditional Greek Orthodox chapel.

If you are in the mood to simply relax and enjoy each other's company on your Mykonos honeymoon, the scenery is spectacular and you will definitely be tempted by the wonderful spa treatments found at Athea Spa. This Spa is just simply beautiful and treatments can be given in privacy out on its pool terrace overlooking the sea. Treatments include 'the aqua experience' and massages for two.

The hotel has tennis and squash courts and regular yoga sessions. Mykonas Town is situated just 2.5 miles (4.2 km) from the hotel and the local bus stop is just outside!

Restaurants

Greek cuisine is a wonderful mixture of fresh seasonal ingredients and local herbs and at the Mykonas Grand Hotel, the herbs are grown by the Chefs! Both restaurants showcase local island wine and the best labels from the mainland. There are three bars at the hotel too and these are particularly popular at sunset, which is simply stunning.

Dolphin of Delos Restaurant

This opulent restaurant has beautiful outside dining which overlooks the hotel pool and the marvellous panoramic view of the Aegean and its islands and this setting is so special and so romantic. The menu comprises of a varied selection of traditional Greek specialties and European classic.
Aqua E Sol Restaurant

This poolside restaurant is elegantly furnished in white with highlights in various shades of blue to complement the beautiful Aegean Sea which it overlooks. This restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Throughout the day, there are light food options including fabulous Greek salads and in the evening these are still on the menu but with sea food and grills too. The grilled meat options are served straight from the grill and are particularly delicious, as they have been seasoned with plenty of locally grown herbs.
