Restaurants

The Merlot Restaurant and bar offers a wonderful wine cellar with hand-picked labels chosen to wow your senses and compliment your meal. The menu at Merlot Restaurant and bar gives you choices of national and international dishes, where you can choose your own freshly caught lobster from the fish tank. Guests must wear appropriate clothing when visiting the restaurant, with a dress code of casual wear, the torso must be covered and bare feet are not permitted. The restaurant is open from 7:am to 10:30 pm.

The snack bar can be found near the pool, where you can order a freshening cocktail and snacks with your feet in the pool. Why not try a soothing signature cocktail, frozen colada or a mixed tropical fruit juice to tantalize your taste buds.
