Overview

The all-inclusive, couples only Keyonna Beach is situated on the south west of Antigua. Nestled on the beachfront of Turners beach, which is directly accessible from your private verandah. The island’s largest coral reef lies just ten minutes away offering amazing snorkelling and other water sport activities. This romantic and tranquil resort offers panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and of the Monserrat island. Homely cottage-style rooms with traditional Caribbean four-poster beds create gorgeous refuge to relax and seclude yourself from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s the perfect place to start your newly married life and spend have plenty of time enjoying each other’s company.

Room Types

Accommodation is in rustic luxury cottages that are situated right on the beach and is on a 'fully inclusive' basis. The cottages are very naturally constructed with wooden walls and each has a comfortable king size bed. There is a spacious bathroom with twin basins and outdoor matching his and her showers. There is air conditioning for comfort and complimentary Wi-Fi but no television – who needs a TV in such a spectacular location! There is a comfortable sofa, personalised mini bar which is re-stocked daily and ipod docking. Each cottage has a large private verandah with sun loungers and direct access to the beach.

Beach front pool cottage

This is definitely the cottage with the best location and amenities. With a floor area of 37m² the cottage is attractively furnished with handmade wooden furniture. The French doors of the cottage open onto the private verandah with comfortable upholstered chairs and its own plunge pool and from there onto the beach and the beautiful sea. Guests in this accommodation have their own Bali bed waiting for them on the sand.
Cottage

All these lovely cottages have either a sea view or sea and beach view. They are spacious, comfortable and very romantic. With 37m² of floor area, there is room to just simply relax on the sofa or out on the private verandah before running down the beach together and into the sea.
Beach House Rooms

These attractive rooms (8 m²) are located on the first floor of the main building and have glorious views over the sea or the beach from their lovely verandah/ balcony which is furnished with comfortable chairs.

Facilities

Most of the time it is perfect just to relax and enjoy the spectacular location and the gorgeous beach and sea, the beach is about 500 metres in length and lovely and quiet and there are a number of Bali beds dotted along the sand to tempt you to simply relax.

If you want to truly relax, indulge in a massage which are available within the resorts spa. Its the perfect way to relax in the open air.

There are excursion tours to tempt you and of course the chance to see the phenomenal marine life of the coral reef. The protected mangrove swamp is worth discovering and a romantic stroll in the palm tree gardens with three different palms swaying in the breeze is perfect for honeymoon memories.

At Keyonna Beach Resort you can explore a range of incredible land and water tours to really get the most out of your time on the island.

Take a taxi ride along the coast of Keyonna Beach to a reserved area for an afternoon of kayaking or snorkeling, where you will see up to 900 palms, protected mangroves, Antigua’s biggest reef - Cades reef and a collection of exotic birdlife.

Just a 10 minute drive from Keyonna Beach is the Rain Forest Canopy Tour, an eco tour with a series of zip lines that sweep 300 feet long, you will get to see beautiful tropical sceneries as you descend across the rain forest.

If your feeling energetic, a one-hour climb to Mount Obama will give you some of the best views of the island, as this is Antigua’s highest point, you will see neighbouring islands of Montserrat and St. Kitts.

Restaurants

The beach front restaurant offers al fresco dining at its best. The menu has an eclectic mix of west Indian cuisine , International cuisine with a local interpretation and the best, freshest sea food available. There is an a la carte menu for each meal and the dishes are made with locally sourced ingredients, including the best daily catch by the local fishermen.

There is a 'visiting Chef programme' when Chefs from abroad are invited to come and work alongside the dynamic team in the restaurant. This programme has been highly successful and the visiting Chefs have always been of the highest calibre.

There is a really good accompanying wine list and rums and cocktails are also available.
