This attractive restaurant is situated in an open pavilion with a thatched roof that is next to a pretty pool with a waterfall. Breakfast and lunch can be enjoyed there by the water. As darkness falls, the restaurant becomes a beautiful intimate setting for dinner with flickering candles and the moon and stars above. The Shambhala menu is for those seeking light but nutritionally rich dishes.
