A fusion of organic ingredients and talented chefs produce COMO Shambhala Cuisine, the resorts tandoor oven allows fat-free cooking of meats, vegetables and fish.

Alongside the dining options mentioned, resort staff are happy to offer private dining on a private sandbank in the resort or dining under the stars. A five-course dinner is served to guests while watching the sunset.
