Room Types

Inspired by the rich local history and newly renovated areas, the rooms and suites at Hotel VIA San Francisco define the South Beach concept and give guests an authentic feel of the neighbourhood. The hotel was built using environmentally friendly methods and continues the 'go green' initiative with its recycling and laundry programmes. The rooms are light and stylish with soft dove grey carpets and white soft furnishings with highlights in pale turquoise. The style of the rooms is minimal and there are gorgeous custom designed chairs and chaise longue, a large flat screen TV and writing desk is also available. The elegant bathrooms are in black and white with marble and mosaic features and a walk in shower.

Each room has a tablet for accessing KEYPR a cloud based app that ensures you maximise on your stay in San Francisco and miss nothing! The hotel uses cutting edge technology including GPON Wi-Fi for guests.

Park View Suite

With 38 sq metres of space this corner suite with dual views of San Francisco hills and bay is a splendid choice for your honeymoon. It is chic minimalist in style with comfortable chairs, a tempting chaise longue and king size bed. The bathroom has a shower. Guests in this room have exclusive access to the rooftop at VIA
Park View Rooms

With tremendous views of San Francisco Bay and the famous hills as well as the AT & T Ball Park (home of the San Francisco Giants), this room (almost 28 sq m) has been designed to capture the character of an upscale loft. There are comfortable chairs for relaxing, a comfortable king or queen size bed and en suite with shower. Guests in this room enjoy exclusive access to the rooftop at VIA. This room type is available as an ADA room for guests with special needs.
South Beach Suite

This is the only two-room suite (50 sq m) in the hotel and it is spacious, comfortable and perfect for two. There is a lovely living room with comfortable sofa and armchairs, a separate bedroom with stylish king size bed and two bathrooms. Guests have exclusive access to the rooftop at VIA.
South Beach Room

With tranquil views over the courtyards that are surrounded by historic warehouses, this room is a comfortable choice for two. There are comfortable chairs, a relaxing chaise longue and king size bed. This room type is available as an ADA room for guests with special needs.
Harbour View Room

With sweeping views of the South Beach Harbour and South Beach Bay Bridge, the hills in the distance and the cityscape, this room is lovely for simply relaxing before heading out to explore the sights for yourself! There are comfortable chairs and either a king size or queen size bed for stretching out on. Guests can enjoy exclusive access to the Rooftop at VIA.
Courtyard Room

This delightful room has either a king size or queen size bed and comfortable chairs. Outside there is a private terrace surrounded by verdant greenery with the historic brick warehouses beyond. Guests in this room enjoy exclusive access to the Rooftop at VIA. This room type is available as an ADA room for guests with special needs.

Facilities

Hotel VIA San Francisco’s location is perfect for exploring the city by the Bay, but having said that, there is plenty at Hotel VIA to tempt you to simply stay at your 'home from home' and relax! The Rooftop is a real gem as it is situated on top of the 12-storey building with unbelievable panoramic views in all directions. There is relaxing seating, private cabanas and fire pits and a really good bar. The Rooftop is open daily from 4.00 p.m. – midnight and is a great place to enjoy newly married life together.

There is a Tech Port if you want to go online, surf or print text and there is a well-equipped fitness centre to keep up with your fitness regime on your honeymoon in San Francisco.

If you are keen to see the San Francisco Giants in action the AT & T baseball is literally just across the road from the hotel!

Bar VIA

This is the perfect setting for a cool drink or cocktail after a fay out and about seeing the city. Relaxed and informal, the bar does have a menu of small plates if you fancy a casual meal.
