Saturday Night Takeaway Wedding: Honeymoon Dreams whisk Sam and Michelle off to the Maldives

Ant and Dec hosted a surprise wedding for Sam and Michelle on Saturday night Takeaway. The couple had planned their surprise wedding 6 months prior to the show, astonishing their friends and family claiming they were off to a 30th Birthday party! Sam and Michelle’s family were expecting a night of celebration; little did they know they were going to be celebrating something much more!

As the family members were taken in secret to the set of Saturday night Takeaway, they were certainly taken away in shock as they were ushered onto the stage where Ant and Dec greeted them with Sam and Michelle.

Dressed in their party attire, the couple’s family was then treated to a makeover, including bridesmaid dresses and tuxes for the men.

Ant confirmed on the show that they had signed the legal paper earlier in the day, however Sam and Michelle wanted to celebrate with their loved ones on Saturday Night Takeaway. Little Ant and Dec also posed as the pageboys as Michelle walked down the aisle on her unconventional wedding!

At the altar, Ant and Dec took the chance to confront some of the wedding guests, including Sam’s mum and dad! Once all the embarrassing memories were aired, the couple said their vows; Michelle said, “You are the love of my life. I promise to take care of you and love you forever and ever.”
