Koh Chang experiences two annual season; hot and rainy. The average temperature in Koh Chang is27 degrees and can vary slightly each month. September is considered as the wettest month. The rainy season is between June to October.

Hot season in Koh Chang begin in March through to the end of May where temperatures can reach up to 40 degrees in extreme cases. April is the hottest month of the year and temperatures average of 35 degrees. Between April and May the evenings begin tog get cooler with nighttime temperatures averaging 25 degrees.
