Room Types

There are 5 categories of accommodation available for you to choose from at Diamonds Thudufushi.
  • Beach Bungalows

    The Beach Bungalows face out over the water and provide direct beach access. As well as a private deck veranda with armchairs, a coffee table and sunbed, these villas also come with a king-size bed, a mini bar and iPod docking station among other must-have amenities.
  • Beach Junior Suite

    Honeymooning couples may want to opt for one of the Beach Junior Suites, which overlook the sparkling waters of the lagoon and offer direct access to the powder-soft sands. These suites offer a charming home-away-from-home feel with their separate living rooms and spacious private veranda, furnished with armchairs, sunbeds and a coffee table. They also boast open-air showers, and inside you will find such must-have amenities as a king-sized bed, iPod docking station, daily replenished mini bar and IDD telephone.
  • Jacuzzi Water Villas

    Even more lavish are the Jacuzzi Water Villas, which feature a spacious private terrace with direct lagoon access and, of course, a private jacuzzi, perfect for enjoying romantic soaks while admiring the spectacular views all around you.
  • Water Villa

    There are just 14 Water Villas on the lsland and boast of a large private terrace with direct lagoon access. The rooms are tastefully furnished with a four-poster bed, sofa and corner bar. Room amenities include a mini bar which is replenished daily, Apple I-Mac with music and films, safe and tea and coffee making facilities.

There are five restaurants at Diamonds Thudufushi where you can enjoy global gastronomy from Asia, Europe, Mexico and Maldives.
  • Maakana Buffet Restaurant

    The Main Restaurant, located on the island, serves three lavish meals a day, consisting of a hearty American breakfast buffet, an equally delicious buffet lunch and a diverse dinner menu featuring a variety of Asian, Maldivian, Oriental and Italian dishes. Theme nights and fish barbecues are a highlight at this delightful eatery. Special seafood menus are available if you want to arrange a private romantic dinner.
  • Aqua Over Water Restaurant

    This restaurant is perched on a deck above the water, here you can feast on a resplendent breakfast before returning for tempting a la carte lunches and dinners, featuring a menu of Italian, Maldivian, Asian and Oriental favourites. Some evenings are dedicated to mouth-watering fish barbecues, and if you want to arrange your very own intimate dinner of delectably fresh seafood you are guaranteed to enjoy the dining experience of a lifetime.
  • Farivalhu Maldivian Restaurant

    Set in a tropical garden with the stars glistening down, this al fresco-dining restaurant is the perfect place for a romantic dinner for two in a gorgeous setting offering traditional Maldivian cuisine.
  • Thila Japanese Restaurant

    Enjoy flavours of Japan at Thila Japanese Restaurant, which has live cooking stations with a range of Asian dishes on the Teppanyaki grills and freshly caught seafood on the menu.
  • Kakuni Sea Food Restaurant

    This seafood restaurant offers a menu of freshly caught seafood and lobster menus in a romantic moonlight setting.
