The Palazzo Victoria is home to the Borsari 36 Restaurant, which serves up Italian favourites in a charming contemporary style. The restaurant includes a ‘show kitchen’, which allows diners to enjoy an interactive culinary experience, and Borsari 36 also serves up the city’s most exclusive Sunday Brunch, which features hearty Italian dishes with an American twist.
Some of the items on the restaurant’s menu include organic beef tartare with bell peppers; salted swordfish with candied tomatoes; rack of lamb with a dried fruit crust; and warm chocolate cake accompanied by a tempting orange sauce.
If you want to indulge in some pre-dinner drinks, or linger over a nightcap after your meal, head to the ultra-trendy Victoria Club Bar. This elegant nightclub boasts an extensive menu of cocktails, international wines and other aperitifs, and provides the sultry strains of live jazz music to serenade you as you enjoy your tipple.
